Dining areas and tables

Open Point of Sale›Dining Areas & Tables.

1. Click New, choose the Branch, and enter the area's Name and regional name, and its sort order.
2. Add the tables in one go: a Prefix, the numbers From and To and the Seats, then Add. For example T from 1 to 12 creates tables T1 to T12. Or use Add a table for one at a time.
3. Save.

A table that has had orders isn't deleted: removing it makes it inactive, so old orders keep their table.

Then turn on Table Service on the terminals that serve tables, and choose its screen menu (see Terminals, staff and pairing).
