Who we are

Fiscal is a business accounting and ERP service provided by Exler IT Hub to companies in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. Each company (our customer) controls its own data and decides who in the company may use Fiscal.

Who can use the app

The app is for staff of companies that subscribe to Fiscal. Accounts are created by the company's administrator. You cannot sign up from inside the app.

Information we process

• Account details: your sign-in email and password. They are sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection only to sign you in. The password is never stored on your device.
• Business data: sales, receivables, payables, cash and bank balances, stock and alerts of your company. This is shown in the app and stays in your company's Fiscal database.
• Phone pairing: when you pair your phone with a code, we record the phone's maker and model (for example "Samsung SM-A546E"), the app version and when it was paired and last used, so you and your administrator can see and unpair your phones. Your 4-digit PIN is stored on the server only as a one-way hash, never in readable form.
• Sign-in records: the time you sign in, for your company's security and audit records.

What is stored on your device

• A sign-in session token, kept in the phone's encrypted secure storage, so you stay signed in. It expires automatically and is removed when you sign out.
• On a paired phone, a random device key, kept in the phone's encrypted secure storage. It is removed when the phone is unpaired. Your PIN is not stored on the phone.
• Your chosen language and branch.

The app does not use your location, camera, contacts or photos. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

How we use information

Only to provide the Fiscal service to your company: signing you in, showing your company's figures, and keeping the service secure. We do not sell personal or business data and do not share it with third parties, except the hosting provider that runs our servers or when required by law.

Security

All data travels over encrypted HTTPS connections. Each company's data is kept in its own separate database, and access is limited by the rights your administrator gives you.

Keeping and deleting data

Business data is kept for as long as your company uses Fiscal, and as required by accounting and tax law. To remove your account, ask your company administrator, or contact us at the address below and we will act on your company's instructions. Signing out deletes the session from your device. Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored.
