The Fiscal mobile app
The Fiscal mobile app lets owners and managers follow the business from their phone: today's sales and cash, what is owed, stock and alerts, in English or Arabic.
The mobile app is for looking, not entering documents: all entry is done in Fiscal on the web. Ask Exler IT Hub how to get the app for your phone.
Who can use it
The user's group needs the Mobile App right (see User groups and rights). The Alerts screen also needs the Management Monitor right. The app shows the same branches the user can see on the web.
Pair a phone
Pairing links the phone to the user once. After that, a 4-digit PIN opens the app.
- In Fiscal on the web, click your initials in the top bar and choose Mobile App Devices.
- Choose the User (yourself, or another user if you may manage users) and click Create pairing code. The code works once, for 10 minutes.
- Open the Fiscal app on the phone, choose Pair with a code instead, and type the code.
- Choose a 4-digit PIN and enter it again to confirm.
From then on, the app greets the user and asks for the PIN each time it opens. Five wrong PINs unpair the phone. Lock in the app locks it at once.
You can also sign in with your Fiscal email and password: Sign in with email instead.
Unpair a phone
On Mobile App Devices, every paired phone is listed with its user, when it was paired, when it was last used and its app version. Click Unpair for a lost phone or someone who left. On the phone itself, More › Unpair this phone, or Not you? Forget this phone on the PIN screen.
The screens

| Home | Today's sales, money received and paid out, expenses and net cash against yesterday; this month so far against the same days last month; what you are owed and owe; cash and bank; and sales for the last 7 days. |
| Sales | Net sales (without VAT, after returns) and invoices for today, 7 days, this month, last month or this year, with the trend, by branch, top customers and top items. |
| Money | Receivables and payables (total outstanding, overdue, by age, largest balances), cash and bank balances, and the cheques to collect and to pay in the coming days. |
| Stock | Stock value at cost, low stock, batches expiring within 30 days, and stock waiting to be packed. |
| Alerts | The same alerts as the Management Monitor. |
| More | The language (English or Arabic), the branch, lock, unpair and sign out. |
Tap Refresh for the latest figures, and choose a branch or All branches at the top.
