Sales today, money received and paid today, documents created and cancelled, active users today, and who is online now. Click to see today's sign-ins and everyone still online.
Alerts
| Alert | What it catches |

| Overdue invoices, Overdue bills | Documents past their due date. |
| Customers over credit limit | Customers whose balance is above their credit limit. |
| Sales below cost | Lines sold for less than their cost. |
| Discounts above a % | Unusually large discounts. |
| Low stock, Batches expiring | Items below their reorder level, and batches close to expiry. |
| Stock transfers waiting to be accepted | Goods in transit. |
| Assembly requests not produced by target date | Assembly requests still not produced after their target date. |
| Post-dated cheques due | Cheques to deposit or that will be presented. |
| E-invoices that failed, Emails that failed | Documents that didn't reach ZATCA's platform or the customer. |
| Drafts older than N days | Documents saved as drafts and forgotten. |
| Back-dated documents | Documents entered with a date well before the day they were made. |
| Failed sign-ins | Repeated wrong passwords, which may be someone guessing. |
Click Alert settings to set the thresholds: the age of old drafts, the discount %, how many days back to check discounts, below-cost and back-dated documents, the expiry window, and the hours for failed sign-ins.
Activity
A feed of who created, changed, cancelled or deleted which document, and when. Filter by branch, user, document, action and dates, and click Load older to go further back.
Sign-in tracking starts once your company's database has been updated to the latest version. If the sign-ins section says so, contact Exler IT Hub support.
