Period summary and day book
The period summary reports give the whole picture of a day, a month or any period on one page.

| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Period Summary | Totals for the period: sales, returns, purchases, expenses by account, receipts, payments, banking and journals. |
| Daily Summary | Net sales, net purchases, expenses, receipts and payments for each day of the period. |
| Monthly Summary | The same, for each month. |
| Day Book | Every posted document in the period, in date order, with its amount, tax and total. Use it to check a day's work. |
