Fixed asset reports
Three reports show your fixed assets for the accounts and the auditors.
Open Fixed Assets›Asset Reports, or Reports›Fixed Assets.
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Asset Register | Every asset with its cost, accumulated depreciation and book value as of a date. |
| Depreciation Schedule | The depreciation of each asset for each month of a range, posted and still to post. Useful for budgeting. |
| Asset Movement | Per category: the opening cost and book value, additions, depreciation, disposals and the closing figures. This is the fixed asset note in your financial statements. |
Filter by branch and category, and export or print like any other report.
